Flat Wire Belt in Sea Food Industry

In sea food industry,there are many metal conveyor belts used in most of the production lines,and take positive application.Flat wire belt is one type of it,and often used in sea food lines,and transport the fish production.Because we are manufacturer of metal conveyor belts,we visit to many sea food factories,in order to give customers better service,and create more value.

We find there are many customers will stop there production line to clean the fish eye,teeth or approach,or repair the stretched belts.As we know,any customers don’t want to stop the machine,because it is a waste of work time and cost.In order to provide better service,and solve the customers headache,we design a new flat wire belt,with different open to match the product size and weight,with clinched edge to increase the side strength,and match with self clean sprockets,there is little time to stop the machine,use this new flat wire belts system,it create more value for customers,and decrease the stop time.
