With the time goes,the market ask a new question for heavy duty flat wire belts,the pitch 1”*1” is too big to transport the small size products with heavy duty weight in tougher conditions,so we design and produce the pitch 1/2*1” for our customers,this design try our belts to save and cost and promise the application possible.we called it heavy duty flat wire belts 1/2”*1”,it decrease the flat wire pitch,and increase the open number in same width,could load more weight/m.,and the button edge could allow the sprockets in first open near sides,this will promise the biggest available width to load the products,and increase the belt efficiency.
