Compared with standard duty modified flat wire belts 1/2”*1” with button weld,only difference is the clinched edge,others are the same.For standard duty modified flat wire belts1/2”*1” with clinched edge,the clinched edge prevent the belt from necking,and the cross rods are curved back to the hole of flat wire,this will increase the belt strength and have a longer work life,and the extra cross rods in the middle,only promise the belt has a small cross rod pitch from 1”to 1/2”,and prevent the smaller size product to dropped from the belt surface.
